I like to get up early in the morning then go back nite nite with Mama. She laughs at me when I come into her room with some of my stuff. I need my sippy cup, baby duck, fire truck, baby fire truck and blanket. There is more stuff I need, but can't carry it all.Mimi says I have a rats nest in my hair. Why would a rat be in my hair? I don't think I like rats. Papa days I need a hair cut.
From Mama: “Mama, I pind it! I pind it!” [Translation: I found it. I found it. It being the “baby duck”—the little rubber duck we’d searched the house for.]
“Where did you find it?”
“I pind it al la la la chair.” [I found it in the chair.]
When Jack doesn’t know a verb, he substitutes the phrase “a la la la.”
